Country Breakfast Recipe

Here is a simple recipe for a delicious country breakfast with many classic breakfast items.


8 eggs

1/2 pound of bacon

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of flour

1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby Jack)

1/4 cup of chopped onions

1/4 cup of chopped bell peppers

1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside.

In the same skillet, cook the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes until they are softened.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Add the cooked bacon, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set, and the top is golden brown.

Grilled Jalapeno Chicken

Grilled Jalapeno Chicken Recipe

What you’ll need:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (pounded to 1/4-inch thickness)
  • 3 fresh jalapenos (halved lengthwise and seeded)
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing (16 ounces)
  • 1 package softened cream cheese (3 ounces)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • toothpicks
Cooking instructions:
  1. Place chicken breasts in a large dish. Pour entire bottle of Italian dressing on top, then cover and marinate for two hours.
  2. Preheat grill for high heat.
  3. Stuff jalapeno halves with cream cheese.
  4. Roll chicken breasts around the stuffed jalapenos, then wrap each breast with a piece of bacon.
  5. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  6. Oil the grill grate, then cook your chicken breasts for roughly 20 minutes (turning frequently) or until juices run clear.
