Shovel vs. Bulldozer

One of the hardest lessons to learn when you begin to allow faith to run your life is to let go of your cares. You must get out of God’s way. Standing with your shovel digging your way out. All the while God is sitting on his vast D8 Dozer waiting for you to move out of the way.bulldozer, faith, spirtuality

When you hand over life to God, it’s time to do the work before you but get out of his way. Meaning doesn’t hold onto doubt or fear, let that go so God can do his job in your life. Don’t confuse things by thinking you can tell God you need something and then lie on the couch while God provides. Nope, you need to get off your butt and do some work.
Faith comes in the form of not doubting God will provide. If you do the work faithfully, God will help you the rest of the way.shovel, jesus, God, faith

However, when life throws you a curve ball that whizzes right past your head. You can’t waiver in your faith. Even when all the odds stacked against you, this is where faith can waiver.

So, this is what I mean by you have a shovel God has the bulldozer. You must clear a giant area of life, you can labor with a small spade, or you can allow God to move it with a bulldozer. Always your choice to make.

Your shovel is weighted down with doubt, fear, and wavering faith. God’s bulldozer fueled with your unwavering faith, your gratitude, your prayer and your love of him. This powers God’s bulldozer. Your obedience to him powers the biggest bulldozer in the world.
Faith will make a difference in your life that you won’t be able to measure. Stay strong when everything in your head is fighting you. Use the Bulldozer!

To Big for Your Britches

Remembering to stay connected to God when things do go your way. To keep your blessings moving forward, you can’t stop going to God and expect everything to remain in place. A mistake I made that slowed my progress, so I have had to hit my knees and let God know I have not forgotten myself.

My grandmother called this “being too big for your britches.”

When blessings come, old habits can creep back into our lives. Understanding this will make your walk, your path much smoother. For me, I even was called out by a friend that my language offended a dear person to me. A person whom I would never intentionally want to hurt with a potty mouth. Old habits die hard.

Stay Humble

Learning from this was tough medicine to swallow. So begins my repentance to God. You should as well if you’ve strayed from the path. Stay on the road with God. A full-time, not pick and choose time process. Today I feel more back in tune with the Lord. My heart is more at peace.

I want the promises that the Bible says are mine. When I began this journey, it was about not losing anymore. That there had to be a better way to live than the trajectory my life was advancing. Terrible place, lost relationships, financial problems, and despair. All of the sudden God blesses me in tremendous ways, and I take my eye off the ball and get hit right in the head with a fastball.

With a sincere heart, and prayer. Will pass and learn what not to do embedded deep in my heart. If you’ve suffered from this because you to went off the beaten path, God will happily accept you back in his good grace. Do what I’ve done, get on your knees and get back in God’s good grace. Never allow yourself not to be humble.

Praying in Faith

The most significant gift I have been given is learning to pray. Not that you can pray wrongly, but understanding how God hears your prayers is a gift from the Lord.

Powerful prayers are those that you are grateful for having what you have not seen come to pass. For example “Father God thank you for the joy you bring to my life, I enjoy a happy faith-filled life” even if this is not yet come to pass. Let God know you’ve received it and grateful.

When you pray in faith, I can tell you from my own experience it works. Pray as though something has already come to pass. prayer, God, faith

One important note about prayer. Don’t beg God. You don’t have to beg God for him to hear you. If you have a sick child or loved one. We tend to say “God I’m begging you” this is not necessary. God is a God of love, he does not need you to beg. Go to him with a faith-filled heart and see what his grace will do in your life.

God moves by faith in him. You live your life in hope and rest, let God do the rest. He has taken a terrible season in my life, teaching me that if I’m faithful in faith, I can find peace. Not just peace but miracles, blessings that are far beyond my imagination.

Try earnest faith-filled prayer, it will change your life. I’m grateful beyond words for what prayer has done in my life!

Sad News Staying in Faith Helps

Faith has been a struggle for me. It’s been foreign to me most of my life. For the last few months, I have put in some real effort in staying in faith. Trusting that life will unfold as it should, allowing God to move through my life without my will interfering.

Today that was put to the test. Receiving some bad news that I had hoped would go another direction. What I do understand better than I would have in the past, is God is moving the pieces of my life around to align me with my destiny. Yes, it hurts, but I have the understanding now that growth is often painful.sad, faith, god, jesus

The pain I feel is not “oh my God my life is over.” It’s sad that a chapter of my life is over, I had truly hoped it would move forward. God, has seen fit to move me in another direction. It’s time to embrace that and get excited about what is to come.

For the first time in my life, I’m not letting a sad situation destroy everything. This time I won’t lose the battle. Time for a change with an open heart.

This time my life is going to take a different path. For the first time in my life, I choose not to allow the enemy to win me over. This time I am following a path of faith in God. Happy, fun, and brand new chapter in my life!

Business

Business Blessing

Last night a fantastic turn of events happened to me late at night. It was pretty cool indeed.

Having made a couple of mistakes on eBay that cost me some money and time. Yesterday, I had logged in to fix the issues and did. I had to order a couple of new parts at my expense but was happy to fix the problem.business blessing, blessings, busines

After paying for the items because eBay had taken our money from PAYPAL to put in reserve until the issue was resolved. How I spent early that day would take three days to clear, and my items from my supplier would sit idle for that time. Did not stress just told God we would roll with it. Nothing I could do to change the outcome, so I thought!

About ten thirty last night I was praying and meditating. I visualized all these issues done, customers happy and I could move on with my life. As I contemplated all of the sudden my phone rang with an email alert.

Grabbed my phone to take a look and I was amazed. My supplier had fixed my issue and shipped all of my items. Because thirty minutes later they fulfilled my second order. Keep in mind this is between the hours of 10:30 PM & 11:00 PM far past regular business hours. I also received a sweet email from my sales rep. I never called to ask for any sort of help or favor.

God, has supernaturally stepped in to fix what I prayed and, visualized as being done. This was late at night what are that chances of these folks even being open. This was a business miracle, and I am so grateful. This all happened while I was praying!

Believe it and see it in your mind. I was blessed when I saw no way to fix the issue. God makes a way when we see no way. What a blessing!
