Without being thankful, life tends to stagnate. This is not the outcome any of us want.
Take time every day as many times as you can think about it and just be grateful. I want to add one other piece to the thankful quote for what you have. Be grateful for the blessings that are coming. The things you want to manifest in your life be thankful now.
It’s incredible to me how many mid-level or senior managers don’t get this statement:
“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.”–Jack Welch
Certainly not roping all leaders into this statement. It is sad more often than not that managers become self-involved and forget it’s the team that wins!
If you find yourself in a senior management position, take ego out of the equation. Surround yourself with a team that fills gaps in your own shortcomings. Smart managers through the ages have surrounded themselves with people smarter than themselves. Allowed those individuals to do what they do best.
Many managers will not do this in fear of their own job. This is a big mistake. When your team shines you shine as the coach. Get fear out of your head!
Surround yourself with world-class people and let them do the job you hired them to do. Inspire, delegate, and set expectations. Pretty simple!
When it comes to moving our lives forward. Several things have to be present, imagination, hope, faith, knowledge, and grit.
You can have all the knowledge in the world, but without the imagination to bring that knowledge to life, well I think you get it.
The Message Bible is beautiful and comfortable to read the bible. I find myself able to read through much faster, understand and retain more information.
For me, I needed a Bible that was easy to read. Certainly going back to read other versions of the Bible will strengthen your walk. However, we all need a base foundation to build from and this version of the Bible The Message gives you that foundation.
More and more Pastors are teaching from this version. Of the many versions of the Bible such as King James KJV, Amplified AMP, American Standard ASV, and New English Translation NET. So many to choose and certainly all worthy.
It’s an amazingly easy read and a wonderfully bound Bible. This Bible is a must read for anyone, but for those new to spiritual life, you will especially love how easy it makes the words of the Bible resonate in your journey. It truly helped me!
When we think about what it is that we’re currently working on. Is it an activity or productivity? Can we even decern the difference?
Too many folks confuse activity with productivity. The big difference between the two. Busy work is just that busy work. Rarely will that yield any sort of measurable progress?
How can we decern the difference?
Just because you think your busy does not mean you’re getting anything done. The previous sets clear benchmarks to achieve daily
If you’re a team leader or manager. Set precise tasks in the same manner.
